FAQ About Payments Paysafecard FAQ

How do I find a Paysafecard outlet near by?
Answer: On the Paysafecard website, you can enter in your zip code, city, state, or a business name and you’ll be able to find a list of different businesses that sell Paysafecards. You can also use their great little smartphone app that can pinpoint the closest Paysafecard outlets near you.

Are there fees for using a Paysafecard?
Answer: Not for the first 12 months that you have the voucher. If you haven’t used up all of the money that is on a Paysafecard within that first 12 months, then it will start deducting a fee from each voucher at a rate of $2 per month. So if you aren’t sure that you are going to use all of the vouchers that you are purchasing within the next year, you might want to consider getting less of them at one time.

What increments can I buy a Paysafecard in?
Answer: You can purchase a single Paysafecard in the following increments – $10, $20, $50, or $100. You can stack up to ten different Paysafecards when making payments or shopping at an authorized site.

How do I use a Paysafecard to make a purchase online?
Answer: When you are ready to shop, make sure that the site you are shopping on takes Paysafecard as a method of payment. Add items to your cart and when you are ready, checkout like normal. When you are at the checkout page, you will enter in your Paysafecard information just like a credit card. Sites that take Paysafecards will have an automated system in place to deduct the money from your voucher instantly –  just like a debit or credit card.

Is Paysafecard really a safe way to shop online?
Answer: Yes. Paysafecards are the safest way possible for several reasons, the main one being that there is none of your personal information tied to the voucher at all. Hackers or other scammers cannot gain access to your personal information, bank information, or credit card numbers if they gain access to your voucher.
